Rhubarb & Lavender Jam


Rhubarb is one of the first things to arrive at the farmers market in early spring, and so I always look to its entrance as the cue that spring has finally sprung and a new season of growing and preserving has begun. This jam is tart with floral notes and aroma from the lavender. Customers have told me it is quite perfect paired with scones and biscuits.
