Orange & Honey Marmalade


All of my marmalades are made the old-fashioned way, the only way I’ve ever known to make them – cooked low and slow, and with no commercial pectin. This mellow marmalade made with raw local honey is less sharp than marmalade sweetened with sugar only.¬†Customers have described it as “exquisite” and use it a number of different ways, from spreading it on their English muffins for breakfast to glazing a pork roast for dinner.
