Hot Pepper Jam

 

I make my hot pepper jam with jalapenos. I’m always telling customers that it isn’t an overly hot, scorch-your-mouth type of jam, but that the heat will sneak up on you. This savory jam is excellent with a good bleu cheese, on top of a bagel with cream cheese, or with a tangy goat cheese and crackers.
